Forklift Maintenance

For every 250+ hours your forklift is used, a full-service is recommended to:
- Switch out fuel filters
- Grease of chassis and mast components
- Change the oil and filter
- Install a new air filter
- Check tire pressure/ condition
- Carefully inspect the lift, spark plugs, drive belt tension, distributor point, lug nut tightness, etc.
For every 600+ hours of use, our Dieseltech forklift technicians will:
- Replace the hydraulic oil
- Clean the radiator
- Replace fuel and hydraulic filters
- Inspect the lift chain tension, hand brake, carriage rollers, hydraulic oil pump, accelerator, tilt control, etc.
